If you need to change your plans, there are free date changes and cancellations up to 21 days before your trip.
WHAT IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR TRIP LAST MINUTE?
If your trip has to be cancelled last minute, you will be offered: free date changes, the option to convert your booking to credit, or a full refund.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO YOUR CHARTER
Hourly rate, for any time, spent onboard after the stipulated time, $50.
Use of cabins on board Maxim, of $200 (includes all bedding & towels).
Marina charges, (other than home marina berth), when chartered overnight.
A number of optional day and evening menus are available at a very reasonable price. Contact us for further details.
All charter bookings can be made through our website. Any additional charges will be added to your booking and the remainder of the balance should be paid 1 week before the charter date. If outstanding, the remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of the charter prior boarding.
If your charter needs to be cancelled due to weather conditions, we will reschedule or refund your payment in full.
Your deposit will not be refunded if cancelling within 48 hours of your charter date.
All payments are to be made by card, in cash or by wire transfer. Credit card transfers may incur a small bank charge.
Additional food orders cannot be refunded if cancelling within 2 days of your charter date.
Please advise us of any conditions you may have which can affect your day’s excursion with us.
It is important that you are prepared and that we are too in the case of an emergency.
